For admirers of Arnold Schwarzenegger, get ready for the new series Fubar, a mix of action and comedy that will soon be available on Netflix. This is Schwarzenegger's first live-action project on TV since his appearance on Two and a Half Men, and also his big debut on the Netflix platform.

Fubar is the work of Nick Santora, recognized for his contribution to hit shows like Law & Order and The Sopranos. Schwarzenegger not only stars in the series, but also plays a crucial role in executive producing.

With Schwarzenegger coming to Netflix, the platform hopes to replicate – or perhaps even surpass – the success enjoyed by the Tulsa King series, which features Sylvester Stallone as a lead on Paramount+.

The plot of Fubar revolves around a father and daughter who suddenly discover that they are both secretly employed by the CIA, turning an already complex mission into a sensitive family matter.

The series chronicles the life of agent Luke Brunner and his daughter Emma, who for years maintained their respective CIA careers hidden from each other. However, upon discovering the truth, they realize that they are completely unaware of each other's lives.

From this revelation, father and daughter embark on an exciting (and hilarious) adventure in an attempt to restore the family bond that is threatened.

    Victim x Suspect (Netflix)

“Vítima x Suspeita” is an impactful documentary that explores the accusations of sexual abuse made by women, which are often not taken seriously by the authorities. with an approach deep investigative, journalist Rachel de Leon sheds light on the adversities faced by victims in this context.

In addition to being the documentary's narrative voice, Rachel plays a crucial role in illustrating how victims of sexual abuse sometimes become the target of investigations. Instead of their abusers facing the consequences, they are questioned and accused of false allegations.

In the documentary, de Leon uses his investigative expertise to expose the strategies used by the police, such as persuasion of victims to change their testimonies. In certain cases, the manipulation is so convincing that the victims end up being arrested “red-handed”.

    Blood and Gold (Netflix)

“Blood and Gold” is a film of German origin, set during the final days of Second World War, in 1945. The plot unfolds around Henrique (played by Robert Maaser), a deserter from the German army; Elsa (played by Marie Hacke), a woman who lives in the countryside; and a band of Nazis led by von Starnfeld (played by Alexander Scheer).

In his attempt to escape from the battlefield, Henrique crosses paths with a squad of Nazis and is almost executed, but is saved at the last minute by Elsa.

In a neighboring village, the Nazis are looking for a Jewish treasure, hidden and kept safe by the locals. However, both Henrique and Elsa end up involuntarily involved in the treasure hunt, which culminates in a violent confrontation at the village church.
